This included, but was not limited to, roof membrane replacement; total rebuild and expansion of the garbage and recycling shed which involved concrete work. DCR Renovations also carried out extensive repairs because of water damage to both laundry rooms. Each contract was quickly completed in a professional manner to a very high standard.
DCR Renovations highly skilled work was very well received by the Strata Council and a number of the owners hired him for sensitive renovations in their own units. I have also personally hired DCR Renovations to build me a modern vacation cabin of over 400 square feet. This included all phases of building construction from concrete footing to roof vents, including wood stove, in-floor electric heating, and custom kitchen cabinet construction. DCR Renovations high level of quality work easily completes with any new city condo being built today. All of the municipality inspections (electrical, plumbing, framing) were easily met and favorably commented upon by the inspectors."
